Welcome to Medizas Health Care Services. We are committed to providing genuine healthcare products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns

Due to the nature of healthcare and medical products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product was expired upon delivery.
  • You received an incomplete order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice) is required.
  • Photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used medicines
  • Opened health supplements
  • Personal care products that have been opened
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or promotional sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except when the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product).


Exchange Policy

We gladly replace products if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.
  • The item is defective.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow our Return Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your Order Number.
  3. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
  4. Our support team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Medizas Health Care Services will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
