International Shipping

Currently, Medizas Health Care Services ships within Pakistan only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors.
  2. Contact the courier service.
  3. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
